Works in Progress, Inc., a 501(c)3 organization co-founded by Massman & Associates in 1994, is dedicated to helping women build and develop entrepreneurial ventures. A sampling of Works in Progress programs includes:

Time Well Spent Women and Business Conference - an annual leadership seminar which provides training in finance, entrepreneurship, communication and life balance.

Girl Biz' - in the classroom business training programs focused on economic independence skills for girls age 9 to 18.

Use It NOW Strategies for Nonprofits - highly interactive and subject-specific training sessions featuring a different learning tool for participants every 7 minutes.

Women and Money Learning Series - series of workshops tackling the psychology of investing, emotional intelligence and financial future reparation.

A woman of uncommon drive and business savvy, Michelle Massman functions as a key component in a dizzying array of entrepreneurial ventures. For over eighteen years, Michelle’s company, Massman & Associates, has guided, launched, directed and overhauled everything from small start up ventures to multi-million dollar private companies with little fanfare.
